Brad Hanson

    Associate Director

    Brad Hanson began his career as an Assistant Valuer with Landmark White whilst he

    was completing the Bachelor of Applied Science (Property) Economics degree at The

    Queensland University of Technology. Following completion of his degree, Brad gained his

    registration as a Certified Practising Valuer.

    Joining Mirvac in 2006 in a Development Manager position, he was responsible for the

    successful delivery of the final three stages of the $550m Ephraim Island development

    on the Gold Coast. Brad then joined Australand in a new business role, where he was

    responsible for identifying new development opportunities, securing pre-lease and turnkey

    users and the delivery of multiple development projects.

    Brad now uses his extensive analytical and practical experience working directly with Rick

    to achieve the best results for their clients.
