    Rick has generated over $2 billion in sales, negotiating and completing some of Brisbane’s

    major commercial and residential development deals over the last 30 years.

    Rick has valuation qualifications from University of Queensland and was registered in

    1992. He is a licensed agent and has worked as a Director of McGees and PRD Realty

    (now Colliers) and Development Manager at Property Solutions, one of Queensland’s

    largest development companies. He is also a Member of the Royal Institution of

    Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) which is the pre-eminent organisation of property

    professionals worldwide.

    Rick has been a Director of Ray White Commercial franchises since 2001 and has been

    number one in the group for International Settled Gross Fees for two years and was

    awarded Top International Partner at the 2010 Annual National Ray White Awards.
