A 45-year-old office building in the heart of the Golden Triangle is set for a new lease of life after being snapped up for $13.3 million. Formerly ITPS House, the 10-storey tower at 360 Queen St was built in 1966 and is currently about 70 per cent occupied. Ray White Transact’s Rick Bird, who struck the deal with colleague Brad Hanson and Ray White Commercial’s Andrew Adnam, said the C-grade property would undergo refurbishment from the new owner. read more
