Ray White Transact negotiated the sale of 21 strata titled lots and the basement car park within “Traxview Tower”, located at 97 Creek Street, Brisbane. The lots comprised 60% of the building and were sold "in one line" for $11.7 million.

Following on from the "in one line" sale, Brad Hanson negotiated the on-sale of 9 individual strata units for a total realisation of circa $6 million.
